Tucked away in a peaceful valley surrounded by the rolling peaks of the Appalachian Mountains, Standingwolfe Campground in Cherokee, North Carolina, is where people come to slow down. Staying with us means waking up to the sound of songbirds, breathing in the cool mountain air, and enjoying wide-open green spaces perfect for camping, hiking, and stargazing. Whether you’re pitching a tent or parking your RV, Standingwolfe is the perfect spot for an outdoor adventure in an unmatched natural setting.

Standingwolfe Campground, originally founded by Tom Bradley in 1973, has been a cherished retreat for nature lovers for over four decades. After his passing, his grandson took the reins in 2021, modernizing our beloved campground with city water, Wi-Fi, and expanded RV sites.


The Campsite reopened in 2024, and our family farm next door continues to support and celebrate our Cherokee heritage with culturally significant crops. Come experience the beauty of our mountains!
